Contents of the DVD:
The DVD includes four sections:

1. Introduction
This section explains the background of BME: how it is very different from the traditional taichi and qigong exercises, the benefits of this exercise and who can do this exercise, why BME is better suited to the busy people and the elderly, why BME is beneficial and how to reap the full benefits. This section also includes an overview of the structure of this exercise and how it works, how one can progress from the beginning to the point where one can do the exercise independently and to reap the full benefits.

2. What To Do Before You Begin
This section tells you some of the things to keep in mind while doing the exercise, and give you pointers on breathing, care for your body, best way to get on with the exercise, and how to best enjoy the exercise while doing it. It also mentions some cautions before you start.

3: Individual Movements in Detail
This section shows each part of the exercise, including the beginning and ending meditation and each of the 18 movements, in details. It is almost like a live teacher showing you how to do each movement correctly, including the body movement, how to breath in accordance, the mental imager, and how to transit smoothly from one movement to the next.

4. The Full Exercise Uninterrupted
This section show the entire exercise from beginning to end. It allows exercisers to follow the entire exercise until they are able to memorize all the movement sequence and are able to go through it on their own.
